A group of like-minded team members came together to create Vinculum in 2007. All the founding team members of Vinculum were colleagues in a US$ 5bn outsourcing company.

The founding team had worked with retailers across the globe implementing best of breed products and undertaking complex software development engagements. There was a common underlying factor to create business value for our customers and to achieve predictable outcomes in terms of on budget, timely completion of engagements.

The founding team had a vision to use our domain knowledge in Retail and Logistics to create Software products with rich functionality to bring operational efficiencies to Retailers at lower TCO. This lead to the genesis of Vinculum.
