(BDI) is the holding company that imports and markets global/regional retail brands, engaged in the multi-channel route-to-market model having an offline chain of stores, webstore & marketplace and distribution channel – wholesale dealers and institutional sales. Key Challenges:

BDI’s strategic plan was to unify all business information systems into a single technology platform using a common development environment for multichannel retailing. Thus, they needed an end-to-end order management & fulfillment solution with integration to all the systems and channels including webstores, marketplaces, store management systems etc.
