Job Description :

It is the responsibility of the IT App Support Representative to perform problem

determination and resolution of all issues/problems related to applications, timely

ticket resolution, Response to user queries based on known error, co-ordination with internal team for error resolutions, functional training to users on application process.


Years of Exp: 5+ yrs


  • Ability to Client Coordination
  • Ability to Team Handling
  • Ability to perform root cause analyses on daily issue and document resolution.
  • Timely resolution of Issues reported by clients
  • Requires customer co-ordination and ownership of customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain documentation. 
  • Compliance to SLA's (Internal OR Client defined), wherever specified.


Skill Sets Requirements :

  • Fundamentals knowledge of MySql writing script.
  • Descent communication Skills written and oral.
  • Ability to adapt easily and Quick learner.
  • Previous experience on working on application support preferred.
  • Good in technical skills.
